Cert Lab courses are digital study courses. If a course isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of buying it.
How to get a refund
Email refunds@nickfrates.com within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your access to the course ends when the refund is issued.
After 30 days
Purchases older than 30 days aren’t eligible for a refund. Paid courses include 12 months of access from the day you buy.
